Pacifica Institute visited Pasadena Interim City Manager Bernard Melikian 

Pacifica Institute Vice President Ibrahim Barlas paid a visit to the Interim City Manager Mr Melikian in his office and congratulated him on his promotion as the Interim City Manager. Mr Melikian was the Pasadena Chief of Police and lately he was appointed to his current position.
